The founder of Vis Ta Vie Royale is Stacy Babineaux. She is a native of Louisiana and a Houston, Texas-based entrepreneur, who created this premium California Rosé brand with her passion for celebrating, honoring, and commemorating special achievements and moments of a lifetime.
